1Acceptance of Terms

Important: Creating an account on 26 JL means you've read and agreed to these terms. Hindi pwedeng sabihin "hindi ko nabasa" – registering is your electronic signature of agreement.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 26 JL platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

26 JL reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements – including underage accounts – will be suspended immediately. Any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 26 JL platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. 26 JL uses this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Keeping your password secure is your responsibility – do not share it with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 26 JL support immediately.
  • Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 26 JL may request identification documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes; bank transfers via InstaPay usually clear within a few hours; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. 26 JL is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Note: Funds deposited into your 26 JL account must be used for gaming activity. The platform is not a money storage or transfer service. Attempting to deposit and immediately withdraw without gameplay may trigger a review under our anti-money laundering policy.

5Bonuses and Promotions

26 JL regularly offers bonuses, promotions, and special rewards to both new and existing players. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

  • Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) a set number of times before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Players may only participate in one promotional offer at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
  • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
  • Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account balance automatically.

26 JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through our Promotions page and, where significant, by email to affected players.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available on 26 JL – including sports betting, live casino, Tongits, and slot games – are governed by specific game rules that are accessible within each game section. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General betting and gaming rules that apply platform-wide include:

  • All bets placed are final once confirmed. 26 JL does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in cases of genuine technical error on our part.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed clearly before you place a wager.
  • In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or connectivity issue that affects game outcomes, 26 JL reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.
  • 26 JL uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all electronic games. Outcomes are independently verified and cannot be altered by players or platform staff.
  • For live sports betting, odds are subject to change in real time. Bets placed before a change is applied will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 26 JL. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 26 JL platform, infrastructure, or software.
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

  • Opening accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information in sports betting.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 26 JL platform – including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of 26 JL or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from 26 JL without prior written permission.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12Account Suspension and Termination

26 JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

  • Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
  • Underage gambling or failure to pass identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 26 JL may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is not due to player misconduct, any genuine remaining balance will be returned to the player after deducting outstanding wagering requirements and bonus amounts, in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the 26 JL support team. Players who are self-excluded may not request account reopening before the exclusion period has expired.

13Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 26 JL experience – including game outcomes, withdrawals, or account decisions – please follow these steps:

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming laws and regulations. By using 26 JL, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in our licensing agreement.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
